You may use Landlord App to manage property compliance, store documents, and book contractors. You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to misuse any features or content.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Contractor Bookings

Landlord App facilitates connections between landlords and contractors. We are not party to any agreement between landlords and contractors, and we do not guarantee the quality of work performed.

4. Payments

Subscription fees are billed as described on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Landlord App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
